Virtufit attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this privacy policy, we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data.

We do everything we can to safeguard your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. Virtufit complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that we will in any case:

Why we process personal data
Virtufit processes personal data for the following purposes:

– Entering into agreements
– Digital marketing
– Shipping, delivery, and returns of goods
– Service and repairs
– Contact with customer service
– Reviews & customer satisfaction surveys

Provision to third parties
As a rule, we do not share your personal data with anyone outside Virtufit. However, there are a number of trusted third parties with whom we (may) share your personal data. Virtufit only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the purposes described above.

For example, we use third parties for integrated health management, pension administration, maintenance of the IT network, and transportation of our products.

Virtufit never passes on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. We naturally make the necessary arrangements with these parties (processors) to guarantee the security of your personal data.

Furthermore, we will not disclose the information you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is when the police request (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. In such a case, we are required to cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this information. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us your written consent to do so.

We do not disclose personal data to parties located outside the EU.

Persons younger than 16 years of age
We only process personal data of persons younger than 16 years of age if written permission has been given by the parent, caregiver, or legal representative.

Retention period
Virtufit does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or as required by law.

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing.

Rights regarding your data
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have the data you have provided transferred by us to yourself or directly to another party if desired. We may logically ask you to identify yourself before we can comply with the aforementioned requests.

Use of first-party functional cookies
Virtufit websites use so-called first-party functional cookies. The data stored in these cookies is intended solely to optimize the user experience of this website. The data is not used for tracking or tracing. When you close your browser, this data is deleted from your computer.
